
The Ombuds system exists to help injured workers get special assistance when other efforts become mired down in the bureaucracy. Anyone – employees and employers – can receive help from the Ombudsperson. The Ombuds system is designed to assist injured workers and employers cut through the red tape in their workers' compensation matters.
If your claim is lost, service is not being provided in a timely manner, you find yourself in severe financial condition and need your claim expedited, or if you are mired down in the bureaucracy you can contact the Ombuds office for assistance.
