Injured workers are entitled to protection under Ohio law and the Ohio AFL-CIO, in coordination with numerous local union volunteers throughout Ohio, will work to make sure those rights are protected.
The Ohio AFL-CIO provides to its affiliated unions a full-time staff member to provide legal guidance and important advice on workers’ compensation issues. This includes providing updates to changes in Ohio’s worker’s compensation laws, conducting training seminars, and provided resource manuals to affiliate members.
The staff at the Ohio AFL-CIO will be diligent in researching your questions and take the necessary measures to get them answered. Together as one, we work hard to make sure the rights of injured workers are protected.
